Job Description:

• Prepare and serve a full menu of teas, milk teas, specialty drinks, and toppings with consistency and accuracy
• Provide excellent and welcoming customer service at all times
• Share product knowledge and assist customers with tea recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and other space
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and receiving deliveries
• Operate POS systems and handle customer transactions accurately
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing tasks

Qualifications

• Food handling experience is an asset, but training will be provided
