Job Description:

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly table service
• Present menus, describe featured teas and dishes, and offer recommendations
• Accurately take customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen and tea bar
• Serve food, drinks, and tea pots promptly and professionally
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set
• Assist with preparing take-out orders and packaging items neatly
• Process payments using the POS system and handle transactions accurately

• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times
• Wash, cut, and portion ingredients to support daily food preparation
