These Gift Card Terms & Conditions apply to all gift cards purchased through the Ten Ren's Tea website or participating locations.

By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

General

Gift cards may be purchased online or at participating Ten Ren's Tea GTA locations.

Gift cards are redeemable for eligible products and services offered by Ten Ren’s Tea in the Greater Toronto Area, subject to applicable laws and store participation.

Gift cards have no cash value except where required by law.

Redemption

Gift cards may be used toward purchases for food and beverage up to the available card balance.

If the purchase amount exceeds the remaining balance, the customer is responsible for paying the difference using another accepted payment method.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged, except where required by applicable law.

Expiration & Fees

Gift cards do not expire, and no inactivity or service fees will be charged, except where permitted by applicable law.

Promotional gift cards, bonus cards, or limited-time promotional credits may carry separate expiry dates and conditions, which will be stated at the time of issuance.

Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use

Gift cards should be treated like cash.

Ten Ren's Tea is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, unauthorized, or improperly used gift cards, except where required by law.

Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Restrictions

Gift cards may not be:

• reloaded unless specifically stated;
• resold without authorization;
• transferred for value;
• used for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend gift cards where fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Returns & Refunds

Gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If a purchase made using a gift card is refunded or approved for return, the refund amount may be issued back to a gift card or store credit at our discretion.

Promotional Gift Cards

From time to time, Ten Ren's Tea may offer promotional or bonus gift card programs.

Promotional gift cards:

• may have expiry dates;
• may not be redeemable for cash;
• may be limited to one-time use;
• may not be combined with certain offers or promotions.

Additional promotional terms will apply where indicated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ten Ren's Tea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a gift card.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.

Updated Terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
