These VIP Card Terms & Conditions apply to all VIP membership cards issued by Ten Ren's Tea. By purchasing or using a VIP Card, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

VIP Discount

VIP Card holders are entitled to receive:

• 10% off regular-priced food and beverage items only at Ten Ren’s Tea GTA locations.

The discount:

• applies before applicable taxes;
• cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, coupons, discounts, or special pricing unless otherwise stated;
• does not apply to gift cards, promotional items, merchandise, retail products, or other excluded items as determined by Ten Ren’s Tea.

Card Presentation

The physical VIP Card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive the discount.

Photos, photocopies, screenshots, digital reproductions, or verbal membership claims will not be accepted.

Non-Transferable

VIP Cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the original authorized cardholder.

Ten Ren’s Tea reserves the right to request identification for verification purposes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

VIP Cards are treated as bearer property and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed.

Ten Ren’s Tea is not responsible for unauthorized use of lost or stolen cards.

Misuse

Ten Ren’s Tea reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke VIP Card privileges at any time if misuse, abuse, fraud, unauthorized transfer, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

Modifications

Ten Ren’s Tea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ten Ren’s Tea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the VIP Card.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
