Experience the pure elegance of Ten Ren’s Tea Alishan Oolong Tea, a premium high-mountain oolong crafted from hand-picked leaves grown in misty cloud forests. This artisan loose-leaf tea offers a floral aroma, creamy texture, and a sweet honeyed finish with light roast undertones. Each cup reveals a jade green liquor and smooth mouthfeel through multiple infusions, naturally rich in antioxidants with moderate caffeine for calm focus and lasting refreshment.

  2. Pour in hot water at around 95°C.
  3. Steep for ~45 seconds for the first infusion, then increase by ~10 seconds each brew.
  4. Adjust steeping time to taste; leaves can be re-steeped multiple times.

    Prepare a teapot with about 200 ml capacity

  • Step 2 Add premium Taiwanese loose leaf tea to a traditional teapot before brewing

    Add 5–8g of premium tea leaves into the teapot

  • Step 3 Pour hot water into the teapot to steep premium Taiwanese loose leaf tea

    Pour in hot water at around 95°C.
    • 1st brew: ~45 sec
    • 2nd brew: ~60 sec
    • 3rd brew: ~60 sec

  • Step 4 Ten Ren‘s Tea Serve freshly brewed Taiwanese loose leaf tea in traditional teacups

    Adjust steeping time to enjoy. Leaves can be re-steeped multiple times.
