沏茶說明

  1. 將5–8克的茶葉放入小型茶壺中。
  2. 倒入約95°C的熱水。
  3. 第一次沖泡約45秒，之後每次沖泡增加約10秒。
  4. 根據個人喜好調整沖泡時間；茶葉可以重複沖泡多次。

How to Make a Perfect Tea

  • Step 1 Ten Ren‘s Tea Prepare a traditional teapot for brewing premium Taiwanese loose leaf tea

    Prepare a teapot with about 200 ml capacity

  • Step 2 Add premium Taiwanese loose leaf tea to a traditional teapot before brewing

    Add 5–8g of premium tea leaves into the teapot

  • Step 3 Pour hot water into the teapot to steep premium Taiwanese loose leaf tea

    Pour in hot water at around 95°C.
    • 1st brew: ~45 sec
    • 2nd brew: ~60 sec
    • 3rd brew: ~60 sec

  • Step 4 Ten Ren‘s Tea Serve freshly brewed Taiwanese loose leaf tea in traditional teacups

    Adjust steeping time to enjoy. Leaves can be re-steeped multiple times.
